When your order has been placed, the design process begins by sending you a “Ashes Kit” which will contain the following:

• Sterile vial and spoon to secure the ashes
• Return box with pre-addressed label and step-by-step instructions on how to safely return the kit to us.

NOTE: Because of the contents, the USPS requires that the box be returned directly from a United States Post Office via registered mail and pre-paid by the customer.

Rural carriers who operate a “post office on wheels” may accept registered mail.

Within two to four weeks of receiving your Ashes kit, the finished piece will be returned to you (via registered mail) as well as any unused remains in their original vial.
